TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions are made between TBOM Tourism and the individual OR entity booking a tour for the purpose of participating in guided tours and related services provided by TBOM Tourism. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the terms.

1.          BOOKING AND PAYMENT

All bookings must be made in advance via our booking department. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with full payment due 48hrs before tour start date. Failure to pay in full by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of the booking.

2.          TOUR ITINERARY

TBOM Tourism reserves the right to change or modify the itinerary, routes and timing of the tours as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or other conditions beyond our control.

3.          CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Bookings made within 30 days of the tour date require a full payment at the time of booking. For bookings made more than 30 days in advance, a 15% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the slot, with the balance due 48 hours before the tour start date. The following cancellation fees apply:

14-21 days prior to tour: 25% cancellation fee.

13 days to 24 hours prior to tour: 40% cancellation fee.

Within 24 hours or less: Fees may result in total loss of payment

In the event of the tour being cancelled by TBOM Tourism or due to adverse weather conditions, a full refund will be issued.    

4.         TOUR PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Clients must be able to participate fully in the tour, including walking and other physical activities, unless prior arrangements are made for special needs. The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to any person deemed unable to safely complete the tour.

5.          HEALTH AND SAFETY

Clients must inform the Company of any medical conditions or any dietry restrictions at the time of booking. TBOM Tourism is not responsible for any injury or illness occurring during the tour due to pre existing health conditions.

6.          TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other incidents that may affect the tour. TBOM Tourism is insured by SATIB

7.          TOUR GUIDE CONDUCT

The tour guides are experienced professionals responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Clients are expected to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the guide at all times.

8.          CLIENT CONDUCT

Clients must behave in a respectful and responsible manner during the tour. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

9.          LIABILITY TBOM

Tourism is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death occurring during the   course of the tour, TBOM Tourism prioritizes the safety of our clients. We carry public liability insurance to provide protection and peace of mind in the event of any unexpected incident  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

Vehicles

All vehicles have the relevant insurance and permit in place

Passengers are requested to wear safety belts and are not to leave any personal belongings in the vehicle where they can be seen by passers, we cannot be held responsible for any losses

Costs are per vehicle per service

Should the relevant vehicle not be available, we reserve the right to sub-hire the same or similar vehicle from another supplier

Smoking and the use of alcohol is prohibited inside the vehicle

No feet allowed to be placed on the seats and dashboard

The client will be responsible for any damage to the vehicle and its fittings caused by the negligence of any passenger

Baggage and personal belongings are carried at owner’s risk. We shall not be liable for the loss/damage to luggage or personal belongings   

Drivers

All drivers have professional driving permits

Drivers have the responsibility to drive you safely

Drivers’ cellphones are for personal, private, and emergencies only. And are not allowed to speak or use cellphones while driving.

Divers are responsible for the wellbeing of all guest

Trailer usage

Should it be required trailers may be requested which will be subject to availability and may incur additional fees

TBOM Tourism accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage
